Who We Are

Oakland Assisted Living is located in the northern suburbs of Ham Lake, Minnesota. We are licensed to house individuals aged 55 years and above. In addition, we provide comprehensive care for private-duty nursing clients serving at any age. We aim to provide individualized care to our clients with close monitoring. Our primary focus is ensuring their safety and whole-person health.

We firmly believe in the power of building all-around interpersonal relationships and developing a healthy living environment engrained with a positive, supportive, and even trauma-focused approach. With that, we ensure your loved one’s needs are our priority and are fully taken care of as we provide an excellent client to caregivers ratio.

She has worked with both pediatric and adult populations ranging from home health to hospitals and community outreach services. Currently, she holds a specialty in mental health which ultimately comes in handy when dealing with older adults with chronic medical and comorbid mental health problems.
